Key Responsibilities

Partnering with clients to define and understand their specific cybersecurity talent needs. Proactively sourcing niche cybersecurity professionals using advanced search techniques across various platforms. Screening candidates through in-depth technical interviews and assessing their security expertise. Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline of cybersecurity specialists. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding support. Staying abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry trends. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical recruitment practices. Achieving and exceeding placement targets for cybersecurity roles. Providing a high-touch candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Utilizing and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a strong focus on Cybersecurity roles. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing niche technical talent in areas such as threat intelligence, incident response, and security operations. Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls), and certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively. Proficiency with recruitment tools, including ATS and specialized IT/Cybersecurity sourcing platforms. A results-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving targets. A relevant degree or technical certification in IT or Cybersecurity is advantageous. Adaptability and a proactive approach to navigating the fast-paced cybersecurity talent market. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
