Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. in the United States is seeking a highly motivated security analyst to join our global Security Operations Center. You will triage, investigate, and respond to incidents across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments, and deliver actionable guidance to customers.

This role emphasizes hands-on threat detection, rapid remediation, and clear communication with clients. Successful candidates will have incident handling, malware analysis, and scripting skills,

Qualifications

• Hands-on incident handling and coordination across multiple security events.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and threat actor techniques.
• Experience with forensic analysis to determine extent of compromise.
• Basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Strong OS knowledge (Windows/Mac/Linux) and IT administration.
• Experience securing networks and enterprise environments.
• Experience analyzing network traffic for investigations.
• Identity and access management familiarity (Okta, Entra ID, AD).
• Experience investigating Microsoft 365 security incidents (BEC/AITM).
• Experience with SIEM platforms and log analysis.
• Understanding of remediation actions and secure network architectures.
• Ability to script (Python/PowerShell/Bash) to automate workflows.
• Awareness of AI in security operations.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud.
• Analyze telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root cause and scope; recommend remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity including BEC and AITM; contain threats and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasures.
• Provide clear customer communications during incident response as primary contact.
• Deliver written and verbal findings to customers and internal teams.
