Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to protect high-profile clients from advanced threats. The role focuses on triage, investigation, and rapid containment across endpoints, email, and cloud services.

You will apply MITRE ATT&CK techniques, perform malware analysis, and communicate findings clearly to customers. Ideal candidates have incident response or security operations background, strong scripting skills, and a passion for AI-enhanced security workflows.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security or related field.
• Relevant work experience may substitute for degree.
• Willing to work a 4x10 schedule including a weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry and forensics to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, including BEC and AITM attacks, contain threats, and provide guidance.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support incident triage.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Deliver clear, professional customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings for customers and internal teams.
