Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Analyst for the Endpoint Protection Team to help detect, contain, and eradicate security incidents in real-time for our customers. You will triage detections, analyze telemetry, and communicate risk and remediation steps clearly.

The role emphasizes hands-on response, collaboration with teams, and leveraging AI to improve decision-making and workflows. A BA/BS in CS or related field is preferred; 4x10 schedule with optional remote work is available.

Qualifications

• BA or BS / MA or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, Information Assurance, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Applicants without a degree but with relevant work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry, log sources, and artifacts to determine root cause and scope of compromise, and develop remediation recommendations.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, including BEC and AITM, contain the threat, and deliver actionable guidance to customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigation and triage of incidents.
• Develop and improve processes for incident detection and countermeasures.
• Deliver clear, concise, professional customer communications as primary contact during incident response.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings to customers and internally.
