Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking highly motivated security analysts to join our global security operations center. You will triage, investigate, and respond to detections across endpoints, identities, email, networks, and cloud services.

Grow technical expertise through a variety of real-time incidents and AI-enabled workflows. Ideal candidates have incident response experience, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and strong communication skills to deliver guidance to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience in incident response and security operations is highly valued.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework and enterprise security tools.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoint, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Conduct tactical analysis of telemetry, log sources, and artifacts to determine root cause and remediation steps.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 security incidents including BEC and AITM attacks and provide actionable guidance to customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support investigations and triage security events.
• Develop and improve incident detection processes and countermeasures; communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
