Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven analyst to join our global security operations center. You will detect and respond to breaches in real-time for customers across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.

You will perform tactical analysis, investigate Microsoft 365 activity, and develop remediation guidance. This role requires strong incident handling skills, excellent communication, and a passion for AI-enabled security workflows.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience in incident response and security investigations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to work a 4x10 schedule including a weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze telemetry, logs, and artifacts to determine root cause and scope of incidents.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity, contain threats, and provide guidance to customers.
• Conduct basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Improve incident detection processes and countermeasure execution.
• Communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Produce high-quality written and verbal findings and recommendations.
