Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, self-driven analyst for its global security operations center. You will triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments, delivering actionable guidance to customers in real time.

The role requires hands-on incident handling, malware analysis, and strong scripting skills, with opportunities to work on AI-enabled security workflows and large-scale distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident handling across diverse security events and coordinating responses.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and threat actor tactics used in investigations.
• Hands-on forensic analysis to determine scope of compromise.
• Ability to perform basic malware analysis to support investigations.
• Strong OS knowledge (Windows, Mac, Linux) and enterprise system administration experience.
• Scripting experience to support investigation workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Triage, investigate, and respond to security detections across endpoints, identity, email, network, and cloud environments.
• Analyze telemetry and artifacts to determine root cause and remediation.
• Investigate Microsoft 365 activity and BEC/AIITM attacks, contain threats, and guide customers.
• Perform basic malware analysis to support incident triage.
• Develop and improve incident detection and countermeasure processes.
• Provide clear customer communications during incident response.
• Produce high-quality findings and recommendations for customers and internal teams.
