Carnival Corporation is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance Program Manager to lead the enterprise Governance Program across brands and regions. You will coordinate governance activities, drive policy development, and oversee maturity assessments while partnering with risk, IT, and legal teams.

In this role you will prepare executive dashboards, track KPIs, and report to senior leadership, delivering continuous improvement of governance capabilities and ensuring alignment with

• Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of security concepts: identity and access management, vulnerability mgmt, data protection, network security, security operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project management skills and ability to drive initiatives.
• Process improvement and operational excellence.
• Technical policy editing, writing, and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise Cybersecurity Governance Program across brands, regions, and tech orgs; coordinate governance activities.
• Manage governance maturity assessments, track actions, support annual planning and roadmap development.
• Develop, maintain, and report governance KPIs and executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Risk Management, IT, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders to deliver governance services.
• Identify opportunities to improve governance programs and operational resilience.
