Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Program Manager to drive the enterprise risk management program across a global portfolio and brands. You will coordinate risk assessment activities, governance, and reporting, aligning with cybersecurity strategy and risk framework.

The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to enable risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technology risk, governance processes, and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of the global Cybersecurity Risk Management Program.
• Develop and maintain the risk management framework, operating model, processes, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate risk assessment activities across applications, infrastructure, cloud, OT, and third parties.
• Track remediation, risk acceptance decisions, and mitigation progress.
• Facilitate risk review meetings with stakeholders and report on risks to leadership.
