Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk Program Manager to lead the enterprise risk management program across brands and regions. You will coordinate risk assessments, governance, and reporting, ensuring consistent treatment of cybersecurity risks and alignment with strategy.

The role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across a global enterprise. In-office role based in South Florida with minimal travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk governance, and control frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, information security, enterprise risk management, governance, compliance, or related.
• 3+ years leading enterprise programs with cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Drive day-to-day execution of the global Cybersecurity Risk Management Program.
• Develop and maintain the cybersecurity risk management framework and governance documentation.
• Coordinate enterprise cybersecurity risk assessments across applications, infrastructure, cloud, OT, third parties.
• Track remediation plans, risk acceptance decisions, and mitigation progress.
• Prepare risk reports for executive leadership and governance committees.
• Support audits with risk documentation and evidence.
