Job summary

IOActive seeks a Managing Consultant to lead technical scoping, client engagements, and delivery within the Services organization. The role blends consulting with project leadership, security expertise, and people management responsibilities, supporting Directors and BDMs to shape proposals and ensure value for clients.

You will balance hands-on security work (up to 25% billable) with scoping, sales support, and mentoring of consultants.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in offensive security services
• Experience leading technical scoping or project coordination
• Graduate-level background or higher in a related field, OSCP/GPEN/CISSP preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead technical scoping and requirements-gathering conversations with clients.
• Coordinate with PMs to establish task ownership and ensure timely delivery.
• Review reports for client delivery in partnership with Directors.
• Mentor consultants and support career development.
• Support sales process with scoping calls and LOE estimates.
