Job summary

Jobrapido is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team remotely, supporting North American operations during East Coast hours. You will fortify security across cloud, endpoint, identity, and OT environments, partnering with cross‑functional teams to implement, monitor and improve defenses.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in cybersecurity, with SIEM/EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, incident response, and Microsoft security tech expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in cybersecurity or security operations.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management and IR.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security tech (Defender, Sentinel, Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience securing Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and threats in real time.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Administer and support Microsoft security technologies in cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Secure Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms; manage IAM, MFA, and conditional access.
