Job summary

XO Health Inc. is seeking a CyberSecurity & Infrastructure Engineer (Remote) to design, implement, monitor, and secure hybrid cloud environments. You will lead SOC 2 Type II audits, build security dashboards, and coordinate incident response while working with Azure, AWS, and Defender tools.

The role emphasizes audit readiness, automation, and strong security controls across cloud platforms with a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in cybersecurity and infrastructure engineering.
• 3+ years managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II audits and AWS security services.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC 2 Type II audit activities and maintain audit readiness.
• Design, implement, and secure hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
• Develop security monitoring, rules, dashboards, and automation.
• Respond to incidents, coordinate containment, and remediation.
• Create and maintain security policies, playbooks, and evidence repositories.
