Jobgether SRL is seeking an Information Security Engineer (IS Engr I) for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead Azure security projects, remediate vulnerabilities with development teams, and evaluate AI tools for data protection and access controls.

This position collaborates with cloud architects and security stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s security posture. You will drive governance reviews, risk assessments, and security on-call responses while developing a

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of experience in security engineering or cloud security.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and CrowdStrike.
• Experience in access reviews and evaluating agent permissions.
• Knowledge of AI agents, MCP, and security implications for data exposure.
• Experience with Claude, OX Security, Delinea, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azure cloud security projects and implement security controls.
• Represent security on architecture and change boards.
• Develop a post-quantum cryptography readiness plan.
• Drive vulnerability management with development teams using tooling.
• Participate in security on-call rotations and incident response.
• Evaluate AI tools and agents for security risks before deployment.
• Review MCP servers for governance compliance.
• Support AI initiatives with defined security requirements.
• Assess vendor and third-party integrations for risk.
• Conduct early risk reviews in the SDLC.
