Ladders is seeking a Director, Delivery Management to lead end-to-end delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives in a remote-friendly US-based role. You will partner with executive leaders, application teams, and delivery partners in a regulated environment to shape technology direction, govern vulnerability programs, and deliver actionable reporting.

• Deep expertise in vulnerability management and infrastructure security.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders in regulated industries.
• Experience with AI-assisted delivery and agentic workflows.
• Willingness to be on-site in Atlanta, GA and pass a background check.

Responsibilities
