Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a Program Director for Cyber Execution & Operations to drive program rigor across the cyber portfolio. This remote role reports to the Director and involves coordinating with Cyber, IT, and business leadership. Travel 1–2 times per quarter may be required.

The candidate will plan, implement, and manage initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality communications and documentation across the Office of the CISO.

• Cyber security work experience.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Occasional work outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Key interface with other Cyber, IT, and business teams and build a strong personal brand.
• Plan, execute, and oversee programs and initiatives to improve operations and execution.
• Communicate status of ownership space clearly and professionally.
• Document and maintain Office of the CISO processes and procedures.
• Plan and support meetings with clear agendas, notes, decks, and communications.
• Collaborate to identify reporting needs for strategic decision-making.
• Rebuild and maintain SharePoint/Teams artifacts and branding.
• Forecast, contract, invoice, and optimize budgets.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations.
• Coach and train cyber staff in operational best practices.
