Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager Contractor to coordinate enterprise cybersecurity initiatives remotely. The role covers change enablement, delivery planning, risk and dependency management, deployment readiness, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

The ideal candidate will support IAM, Zero Trust, vulnerability management, and data protection programs without performing hands-on technical work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, communications, organizational change, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience coordinating complex cross-functional technology, cybersecurity, or transformation programs across interdependent workstreams.
• Strong background in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, adoption tracking, risk and dependency management, phased deployments, and handoffs.
• Exposure to IAM, Zero Trust, vulnerability management, and/or data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead change-enablement activities: impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, trainings, readiness, adoption tracking.
• Translate technical changes into clear business communications; coordinate pilots, phased releases, deployments, and post-deployment support.
• Coordinate plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, actions, dependencies across projects.
• Maintain consolidated risk, issue, dependency, decision, and action registers with owners and dates.
• Coordinate deployment planning, readiness validation, go/no-go decisions, and post-deployment actions.
• Prepare leadership reports on portfolio health, progress, milestones, readiness, risks, dependencies, issues, and decisions.
