Job summary

Delivery Coordinator at ControlCase Federal Division is responsible for scheduling and delivering cybersecurity compliance assessments and consulting projects for US-based clients in a fully remote setup. You will coordinate with customers and internal delivery teams, manage schedules and scope, and report progress to leadership while seeking improvements to delivery methodologies and processes.

You will need US citizenship, 2+ years of relevant experience, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• 2+ years of experience in project delivery, client coordination, consulting, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/53, or ISO 27001 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients throughout project engagements, building strong relationships.
• Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity compliance projects, including CMMC assessments and consulting engagements.
• Manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, and customer expectations while addressing changes and coordinating with internal subject matter experts.
• Support improvement of delivery methodologies and processes to enhance consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate with consultants, assessors, business development, and technical specialists to ensure project success.
• Identify delivery risks and coordinate with the Program Management Director on mitigation plans or contract updates.
• Monitor client satisfaction, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous service improvements.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports, delivery metrics, and progress updates.
