Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC is seeking a remote Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager in the United States to lead cybersecurity compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and strategic security advisory services for clients. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, governance, risk management or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001 with audits and evidence management.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk, cyber insurance questionnaires.
• Proven ability to advise executives, manage multiple engagements, and guide clients on security controls across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking and identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Oversee risk assessments, third-party vendor due diligence, and evidence collection for audits.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, roadmaps, and executive-level reporting.
• Guide clients on AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
