Kinetix Technology Services, LLC, a New Charter company, seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager for a remote, United States–based role to lead multi-framework compliance programs, risk management initiatives, and vCISO advisory services for clients. This senior position partners with executive leadership and security teams to strengthen security programs and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in information technology, cybersecurity, information security governance, risk management, or regulatory compliance.
• Active CISSP certification in good standing.
• Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001) with audit support experience.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity risk assessments, third-party/vendor risk management, cyber insurance support, and using GRC/compliance automation platforms.
• Strong client-facing communication, analytical, and organizational skills with ability to advise executives and manage multiple engagements across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking, and identity environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity compliance initiatives across multiple frameworks including risk assessments, policy development, audit prep, and ongoing monitoring.
• Oversee the Security Program Platform and governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• Manage internal and client risk assessments, third-party risk management, and vendor due diligence.
• Provide vCISO advisory services, including strategy, roadmaps, and board-level reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on AI governance, data protection, and emerging security risks.
