Job summary

Kinetix Technology Services, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity and Compliance Manager to lead cybersecurity compliance programs for US‑based clients. This senior role focuses on governance, risk, and advisory services across NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, and ISO 27001, with vCISO functions for executives.

You will mentor the Cybersecurity Services (CSS) team, coordinate with clients and leadership, and drive remediation and continuous compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and ability to support audits and assessments.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, third‑party and vendor risk management, and cyber insurance support.
• Ability to advise executives and assess controls across Windows, macOS, cloud, networking and identity environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, CIS Controls, HIPAA, PCI‑DSS, CMMC, ISO 27001).
• Provide vCISO advisory services, risk reporting, and executive‑level guidance to clients.
• Coach and guide security and compliance teams as the organization grows.
• Oversee evidence collection, audit prep, and ongoing compliance monitoring for client environments.
