Halcyon is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You’ll be on the front lines of ransomware defense, creating new opportunities, engaging with CISOs, and fueling pipeline growth in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales or business development (cybersecurity or SaaS preferred).
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High resilience, persistence, and a growth mindset within fast-paced startup environments.
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: Drive outbound pipeline via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
• Discovery: Connect with decision-makers to uncover challenges and align value.
• Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on campaigns and ABM.
• Pipeline Hygiene: Maintain records of activity in Salesforce.
• Industry Insight: Stay current on ransomware threats and security trends.
