EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Technology Consultant to expand our cybersecurity and AI security business within strategic institutional accounts.

You will identify opportunities, build executive client relationships, shape differentiated solutions, and orchestrate complex pursuits from qualification through contract and transition into delivery. This role blends cybersecurity expertise with commercial leadership and delivery credibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity consulting, technology consulting, or business development.
• Proven success shaping and closing complex cybersecurity opportunities.
• Background in advisory, engineering, architecture, transformation, or delivery credibility.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders in institutional accounts.
• Ability to translate client challenges into differentiated solutions and viable programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams across account, sales, solution, alliance, commercial, and delivery functions.
• Experience managing a substantial opportunity pipeline and meeting measurable objectives.
• Understanding of the full opportunity lifecycle from origination to expansion.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, platforms, and practices.
• Executive communication, including briefs, workshops, and proposals.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute cybersecurity and AI security growth plans for assigned institutional accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business executives.
• Originate cybersecurity and AI security opportunities through client relationships and market insights.
• Lead complex cybersecurity pursuits from qualification to contract signature.
• Orchestrate contributions from account teams, sales, alliances, and delivery leaders.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear business outcomes for executives and technical audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline to support commercial objectives.
• Provide disciplined forecasts based on client commitment and progress.
