Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity, Alliances Director to develop and accelerate EPAM's cybersecurity-focused partner ecosystem, spanning Frontier AI labs, hyperscalers, and cybersecurity software vendors.

The role drives joint GTM motions and positions EPAM as a trusted implementation partner for AI-enabled cyber-resilience. You will orchestrate growth across multiple partner ecosystems, lead engagements, and cultivate senior-level relationships with security and alliance leadership.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in enterprise technology ecosystems, partnerships or channel management.
Experience in cybersecurity, cloud or AI partnerships and alliances is preferred.
Must be able to evidence an AI mindset via use of AI productivity tools and value articulation for enterprise security teams.
Strong ability to operate within complex, matrixed organizations and deliver results in cross-functional environments.
Experience working in consulting-led sales or system integration environments.
Advanced business development and relationship management skills, including pipeline and partnership growth execution.
Excellent communication, presentation and executive influencing skills across security and AI stakeholders.
Highly organized and self-driven; able to operate at pace in a changing market.
Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with AI capabilities applied to cybersecurity use cases such as threat detection, SOC automation and vulnerability management.
Experience navigating fast-moving, pre-enterprise partner programmes and building structure where little exists.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the growth and strategic expansion of EPAM's cybersecurity partner ecosystem across Frontier AI labs, hyperscalers and cybersecurity ISVs.
Lead partner engagements internally and externally, ensuring cyber-focused GTM motions align with priorities and partner frameworks.
Develop and sustain senior-level relationships with security and alliance leadership across partner orgs and EPAM stakeholders.
Execute joint go-to-market strategies translating AI-driven security capabilities into GTM offerings that accelerate pipeline growth and client acquisition.
Collaborate with commercial, sales, marketing and consulting teams to maximize joint business opportunities across cyber, cloud and AI ecosystems.
Partner across teams to support co-created offerings and IP spanning AI security, cloud security, identity, threat detection and governance.
Manage KPIs spanning partner programme tiers and EPAM alliance metrics.
Represent EPAM at partner events, executive briefings and industry conferences to boost brand visibility.
Coordinate with operations to manage deal registrations, alliance compliance and business reviews across partner types.
Track developments in AI-security landscape including hyperscaler security services and Frontier AI initiatives to shape strategy.
Define and manage partner-led commercial structures including funding, co-sell and marketplace agreements with finance/legal alignment.
Cultivate an internal AI-security-native culture by championing frontier AI and cybersecurity tooling within EPAM teams.
