Great American Insurance Group's Cyber Risk Division is seeking an Underwriting Territory Manager to drive profitable growth along the East Coast.

Travel up to 50% and strong technical underwriting expertise are expected as part of shaping the division's strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in insurance, risk management, or related field.
- 5+ years of cyber underwriting experience preferred; P&C expertise considered.
- 2–4+ years leading high-performing underwriting teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable new business production and territory expansion across the East Coast region.
- Lead, coach, and develop an underwriting team while fostering accountability, engagement, and high performance.
- Underwrite complex Cyber Risk accounts and provide technical guidance on submissions and referrals.
- Execute underwriting strategies that support profitable growth, portfolio diversification, and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale brokers to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including rate adequacy, retention, loss trends, and exposure management.
