Resilience, a cybersecurity and cyber risk firm, is seeking a Claims Specialist to own day-to-day investigations and management of cyber, Technology E&O, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims.

In this remote, full-time role, you will coordinate with security and underwriting teams, negotiate with insureds and brokers, manage external service providers, and ensure meticulous documentation while contributing to risk selection improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in claims handling, advocacy, or cyber insurance.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day investigations and negotiations of cyber claims.
• Coordinate incident response and preventative services with security teams.
• Manage external service providers during incidents to reduce losses.
• Provide data analytics feedback to Underwriting to refine risk selection.
