Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Senior Claims Specialist for Cyber Liability. The role is fully remote, handling the full lifecycle of moderately complex cyber claims, including coverage analysis, investigation, and settlement, in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma with 5 years of claims experience; Bachelor's degree preferred, JD highly preferred, and active licenses to be obtained as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; JD highly preferred.
• Licenses/ certifications in states where claims are handled; ability to obtain licenses.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and settle moderately complex Cyber Liability claims.
• Manage full life cycle of assigned claims with guidance from clients.
• Conduct thorough analysis and investigations to determine exposure and settlement strategy.
• Prepare reserve and settlement authority requests for client and carrier approval.
• Interact with carriers, clients, and attorneys to ensure proper claims handling.
