Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager in the United States to lead AI security initiatives across GenAI, ML, and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with cybersecurity teams to design patterns, implement controls, and scale secure AI capabilities for client engagements.

You will work with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams, travel domestically up to 40%, and apply your deep security background to protect data and privacy while driving innovative security outcomes for Crowe's

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience focusing on software and data-intensive products.
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls.
• Experience with AI frameworks, GenAI security, LLMs and ML systems.
• Ability to design secure AI/ML architectures and interfaces.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and implement best practices.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with focus on PII protection.
• Stay ahead of regulatory requirements and ensure AI solutions meet market standards.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness within the team.
