Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager who sits at the intersection of AI engineering and cybersecurity. You will help clients securely adopt AI while reinventing how cybersecurity services are delivered using AI.

You will assess GenAI/ML systems, develop security patterns, and partner with cybersecurity teams to scale AI-enabled capabilities that improve speed, quality, and outcomes. The role requires collaboration with engineering, legal, and business stakeholders, travel about 40%

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity, focused on securing software and data-intensive products.
• Proficiency with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with AI-specific regulatory environments and ethical considerations surrounding AI deployment.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications / GenAI Security Project, and MITRE ATLAS.
• Hands-on experience designing and integrating AI/ML or Generative AI solutions, including LLM APIs and AI agents/tools.
• Ability to translate AI cybersecurity use cases into prototypes, production solutions, or scalable offerings.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML systems architecture and associated security considerations.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~40% of the time.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or Azure security certifications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with a focus on protecting PII.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Document security protocols and conduct security training within the team.
