Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to lead security for AI-enabled solutions, focusing on secure AI/ML architectures and client delivery within Crowe's cybersecurity practice.

You will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to build secure AI capabilities, while ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding PII across engagements. This role requires strong leadership and a growth mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity focusing on software/data security.
• Familiarity with NIST/ISO CIS controls and privacy regulations.
• Experience with AI/ML security, LLMs and GenAI.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify security vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems and implement best practices.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design and deploy secure AI/ML applications with data privacy in mind.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats and regulatory changes.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness.
