Job summary

Crowe seeks a Cyber AI Security Manager to lead AI security across GenAI, ML, and AI-enabled security solutions. You will collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and clients to design secure architectures, assess security controls, and drive compliant solutions.

You will advance AI security patterns, mentor teams, and contribute to scalable services while ensuring data protection and regulatory alignment across engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' cybersecurity experience focused on software and data-intensive products.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory environments and ethics in AI deployment.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and LLM APIs including GenAI security.
• Ability to travel domestically ~40% to meet client needs.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with focus on PII protection.
• Stay ahead of AI security threats and privacy regulations to meet market standards.
• Document security protocols and conduct security training for the team.
• Engage stakeholders to refine AI/ML security policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to apply GenAI and automation to enhance cybersecurity services.
• Prototype and productionize AI-enabled security capabilities across client engagements.
