Job summary

Crowe seeks a Cyber AI Security Manager to bridge AI engineering and cybersecurity. You will secure GenAI, ML, and agentic systems, design security patterns, and partner with cybersecurity teams to scale AI-enabled capabilities for client solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, prototype secure AI architectures, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing Crowe's AI security offerings and services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in cybersecurity, focused on software and data-intensive products.
• Proficiency with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Familiarity with AI regulatory environments and ethical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, or integrate AI/ML security solutions with focus on PII protection.
• Stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements for AI solutions.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness within the team.
