Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Experienced Project Manager for Customer Experience Operations. This role focuses on CX contact center, mailroom, data entry, back-office operations, and provider-facing program launches, enabling successful service delivery and CX outcomes.

You will partner with business, operational, and technology teams to ensure workflows, systems, and processes support end-to-end customer experiences while not owning direct technology delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CX launch initiatives across multiple functions.

• Ensure staffing, workflows, tools, environments, and access align to CX needs.
