Gainwell Technologies is hiring an Experienced Project Manager for Customer Experience Operations. This remote role focuses on CX launch initiatives across contact center, mailroom, data entry, back-office, and provider-facing programs.

You will define scope, build integrated project plans, and drive cross-functional execution with leadership support. Candidates should have 5+ years in PM with healthcare/Medicaid exposure and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in client launches with CX focus.
• Background in BPO/contact center or healthcare operations (Medicaid) preferred.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across business, operations, and technology.
• Ability to develop and manage integrated project plans, including dependency mapping and critical path.
• Strong governance, risk management, and issue resolution capabilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Excellent executive communication for status, risks, and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CX launch initiatives across contact center, mailroom, data entry and back-office operations.
• Define scope, objectives, success criteria, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans across business, operations, and technology teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution with accountability for deadlines and deliverables.
• Ensure operational readiness and valid staffing, tooling, environments, and access for CX needs.
• Coordinate go-live and stabilization activities to support performance outcomes.
• Partner with technology teams without owning full tech delivery.
• Lead governance routines: exec status, risk escalation, decision forums.
• Communicate complex information clearly to senior leadership and clients.
• Mentor peers and promote best practices in planning and execution.
