Job summary

SIRVA Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Consultant to coordinate mobility services for a broad client base. You will be the primary liaison, ensuring proactive support and clear guidance throughout the relocation journey, leveraging the program offerings.

You will engage customers at key milestones, promote self-service tools, work with supplier partners, and maintain accurate data while upholding service level expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• University/college degree preferred.
• 1 year in a customer experience or business operations role preferred.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• International experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Direct customer coordination across the mobility journey and act as primary point of contact.
• Proactively contact customers at milestones to improve experience and promote services.
• Advise on services delivered by partners and guide customers to appropriate options.
• Collaborate with supplier partners to coordinate authorized relocation services.
• Maintain data integrity and accurate client records for reliable operations.
• Provide empathetic guidance and resolve client concerns throughout the journey.
• Support internal teams to meet SLAs and drive positive customer experiences.
