Job summary

Stord, the leading consumer experience platform, seeks a Project Manager I to lead customer onboarding and growth initiatives. You will guide onboarding from signature through hypercare, coordinating with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations to deliver successful deployments and new channel launches for end-customers.

In this role you will manage multiple priorities, design improvements to onboarding processes, and act as a culture ambassador for Stord values while traveling

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
• Cross-functional experience in customer onboarding and programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for milestones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute a portfolio of customer projects from onboarding to go-live.
• Partner with Commercial, Implementation, Integration, and Operations teams.
• Drive onboarding through signature, hypercare, and training.
• Translate customer requests into requirements and SOPs.
• Balance competing priorities and manage scope, timelines, and budget.
• Track KPIs and implement improvements to onboarding processes.
