Job summary

Stord is the leader in consumer experience software, helping brands onboard customers and drive successful post-purchase experiences across commerce platforms. The Commerce Experience Lead will be the primary customer contact, guiding onboarding, activation, and ongoing value realization.

You will work with Engineering, Product, Solutions, CX, and Implementations to ensure seamless configuration, training, and renewals, while identifying growth opportunities and maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations or SaaS account management.
• Experience in Ecommerce or post-purchase/commerce software.
• Ability to learn complex software and perform basic configuration.
• Data-driven approach to customer success, with metrics.
• Experience owning onboarding and activation, reducing time-to-value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers across Stord's Commerce suite.
• Own end-to-end onboarding from kickoff to activation and steady state.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, CX, and Implementations to drive adoption and growth.
• Develop scalable onboarding playbooks, training materials, and activation milestones.
• Monitor product performance metrics, usage, adoption, and health scores.
• Conduct ROI campaigns and prepare data-driven QBRs with cross-functional teams.
• Address and resolve client issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
