Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Mobilization - PM/BA to drive client CX launch initiatives. This remote role supports U.S. clients, collaborating with stakeholders to document CX requirements and manage risks, timelines, and budgets.

You will leverage BA/PM skills to facilitate Requirements Validation sessions, RFP support, and CX reporting, while aligning with NASPO/CEF guidelines and Medicaid domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3 years Contact Center launch/operational exposure.
• 5 years BA experience eliciting, drafting/documenting, validating requirements through client-facing Requirements Validation sessions (RVS).
• 5+ years Medicaid experience and exposure to NASPO, Provider, Claims, Encounters and Financials (CEF), Pharmacy Benefits.
• You are highly flexible, adaptable, self-starter, team player, creative thinker, strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing risk, effective communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Be a knowledgeable bridge between stakeholders, project managers and clients.
• Verify all CX-specific requirements are correctly identified and documented with impacts, timelines, risks and issues.
• Analyze, plan, outline, document or recommend improvements to business processes to support CX goals.
• Communicate with business leaders, stakeholders, team members and clients with a strong professional presence.
