Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Project Manager specializing in CX Contact Center and Back-Office launches. You will drive cross-functional initiatives from scope definition through go-live and stabilization to deliver exceptional health and human services outcomes through technology and operational excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in BPO/Contact Center environments, strong executive communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing CX, contact center, or BPO launches.
• Experience coordinating across Talent Acquisition, Training, Quality, WFM, Reporting, IT, Facilities, and Operations.
• Proven ability to define scope, milestones, and integrated project plans.
• PMP or other PM certification preferred.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CX client launch initiatives from scope to go-live and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Develop integrated schedules and align across multiple functional teams.
• Drive governance routines with executive updates and metrics.
• Coordinate staffing ramp plans and go-live readiness.
• Mentor junior project managers and promote best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in launch methodology.
