Job summary

NRG Energy seeks a senior insights manager to develop action-oriented insights that boost market share and improve customer experiences across brands. You will aggregate data, surface implications, and influence stakeholders to deliver customer-centric outcomes aligned with business strategy.

You will partner closely with CX and market insights leads, build dashboards and compelling narratives, and apply rigorous research methods to ensure trustworthy recommendations that guide decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in customer experience insights or market research role.
• Experience with a range of data sources and quantitative/qualitative research.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; proficient with Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Understand and access customer and marketplace data sources.
• Synthesize insights into data-centered stories with business implications.
• Build dashboards, reports, scorecards and presentations; communicate findings.
• Collaborate with CX & Insights team and cross-functional partners.
