GitLab is seeking a Senior CX Platform Engineer to advance our AI-driven customer experience tooling. You will design agentic workflows, build MCP servers, and integrate enterprise systems using Claude Code, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, and related automation.

This role emphasizes production quality, security, and end-to-end ownership of agent-powered processes. You'll collaborate with CX teams to ship scalable, measurable AI-enabled solutions that improve onboarding, research, and success

Qualificações

• Experience designing AI-powered customer workflows and agent-based systems.
• Strong software engineering background with production-grade coding discipline.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and security considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, refactor, test, review, and document agent code for production.
• Build and maintain the agent harness with shared conventions and CI checks.
• Ship agents and multi-step workflows for account research, onboarding and success planning.
• Develop MCP servers/connectors for enterprise systems with monitoring and governance.
