The role requires translating business understanding into scalable architectures, driving BDE reduction, and partnering with leadership to deliver enterprise-wide value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in CX Analytics and Automation and serving as a thought leader in solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of Account-to-Cash (A2C) and Customer Care to architect complex solutions.
• Proven ability to map end-to-end processes and drive BDE improvements and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary thought leader in CX Analytics and Automation strategy across enterprise operations.
• Architect complex A2C and Customer Care solutions with end-to-end revenue process insight.
• Oversee data management and reporting across global enterprise accounts to ensure data integrity.
