Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for deeper expertise in analytics and architecture.
• Extensive experience leading CX analytics and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary thought leader in CX Analytics and Automation, driving strategy.
• Act as Analytics and Automation Advisor across Revenue to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Architect complex A2C and Customer Care solutions and map end-to-end processes.
