Job summary

Concentrix, a global technology and services leader, seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design automation solutions that transform customer experiences and unlock measurable business value. You will lead discovery, build business cases, and shape differentiated, practical solutions with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, Legal, and client stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proposal content creation, and risk mitigation, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of related experience in consulting, user-centered design, customer experience, or related fields.
• Experience with bots, self-service apps, and Voice/IVR/Chat channels.
• Knowledge of user experience design and customer experience best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Determine the most appropriate automation solution in client discovery and RFP/RFI reviews.
• Collaborate with Professional Services to design robust, scalable solutions.
• Develop the solution approach, timelines, ROI models, and supporting documents.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting quality, timelines, or resources.
• Support pricing discussions and contract-related materials.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation options with the Solutions Director.
• Contribute to scope-of-work documents and proposals.
• Facilitate meetings on pricing, staffing, timelines, and contracts.
• Attend client site visits with the Sales team as needed.
• Research target clients and industries to differentiate the Concentrix solution.
• Support sales resources with protections, NDAs, deal reviews, and security requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of opportunity management.
