Job summary

MaziCTools is seeking a Customs Brokerage Success Manager. This 100% remote role in the United States manages customs programs for key brokerage customers, ensuring top-tier service as defined in governing agreements.

You will lead KPI tracking, reporting, and client reviews while coordinating with operations, billing, and compliance teams to optimize performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in international trade and customs, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and a proven ability to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience with International Trade and Customs Services.
• Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management within the customs logistics industry.
• Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and CCS certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Proven commitment to customer satisfaction with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of Customs Programs for key US brokerage customers.
• Track and assess KPI operations for assigned accounts.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for accounts.
• Oversee and manage customer and reporting metrics (MBR/QBR).
• Participate in regular conference calls with customers to discuss performance and growth opportunities.
• Analyze data related to import activity to ensure service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and manage CAPA.
• Maintain relationships with customers, staff, vendors, and the Commercial Team.
