Job summary

Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC is seeking a Regional Manager of Customs Brokerage to lead a dedicated Entry Team supporting nationwide operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and high-quality processing across branches, with opportunities to guide training and SOP development.

The position involves managing an experienced team, coordinating with branches, and ensuring timely, compliant entries while staying current on regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Customs Brokerage and PGA experience (minimum 7 years)
• Experience managing teams of 5+ people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Passionate attention to detail
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow the Process: adhere to Green’s established customs brokerage processes and client-specific SOPs.
• Manage your Entry Team to ensure all entries are timely and accurate and the grid remains green.
• Research and solve questions of classification, valuation, tariff applicability, FTA eligibility, PGA requirements and Cargo Wise inputs.
