Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to strengthen our global import operations. You will own import entry audits, manage PSCs, verify duty payments, and build tools that improve data accuracy and cost efficiency.

You will analyze import data to identify compliance risks and potential savings while working with Finance, brokers, and cross-functional teams to streamline processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBP Form 7501, HTS classification, and trade remedies.
• Strong analytical skills to spot documentation and duty calculation errors and quantify impact.
• Experience working with customs brokers and PSCs, ensuring importer of record compliance.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to create reports, calculators, dashboards or automation.

Responsabilités

• Own import entry audits and strengthen customs compliance across teams and brokers.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and validate duty payments with Finance.
• Analyze import data to identify risks, savings opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising and other teams to improve documentation and data integrity.
