Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to manage import entry audits and strengthen customs compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and brokers to ensure accurate, efficient global trade operations, from duty calculations to PSCs and HTS classifications.

You will build scalable tools, analyze data, and identify opportunities to reduce overspend while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance (CBP Form 7501, HTS classifications).
• Strong analytical skills to identify documentation errors and quantify financial impact.
• Ability to collaborate with brokers, finance, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage Post Summary Corrections (PSCs) and validate duty payments.
• Review HTS assignments; resolve discrepancies and provide guidance on classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify compliance risks and opportunities; develop dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers and other teams to improve import data integrity.
