Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to help ensure our import operations remain accurate, compliant, and efficient. Youll own import entry audits, strengthen customs compliance processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams and customs brokers, and build scalable tools that improve data accuracy, reduce duty overspend, and support seamless global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance and CBP processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors and quantify impact.
• Experience coordinating with brokers and importer of record compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audit process, review CBP documentation and drive corrective actions.
• Manage PSCs, validate duty payments, monitor broker performance and recover overpayments.
• Support HTS classification accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze import data to identify risks, savings, and process improvements with dashboards and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customs processes and data integrity.
