Job summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a Support Specialist - Tier I to respond to inbound and outbound customer calls, provide technical guidance on software, services, and devices, and document interactions in CRM systems. This full-time role is remote for candidates in ID, IL, MN, MI, KS, KY, SD, UT and WI.

Starting compensation is $17/hr plus benefits, with training 8AM-5PM CT and core hours 10AM-7PM CT, and opportunities for advancement within a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year customer service experience.
• 1 year experience with CRM, POS, or similar software systems with basic troubleshooting.
• 2 years experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Platforms (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls providing technical support and consult on workflow inquiries for software, services, peripherals, and equipment.
• Utilize all equipment and resources to perform the job at high proficiency.
• Meet or exceed department performance metrics.
• Maintain technical proficiency through continued education on software, services, peripherals, and equipment.
• Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate as needed.
